- Prepares written regulatory submissions, such as Pre-INDs, INDs, CTDs, or white papers
- Or can effectively manage and monitor nonclinical studies
- Understands the client's problem; conceptualizes how to solve it and achieve task objectives.
- Contributes scientific and innovative thinking
- Contributes significantly to a high quality work product acceptable to the project manager, on time and within budget.
- Effectively manages deadlines, and multi-tasks.
- Engages actively in publishing of articles.

- Participates in business development and expansion of existing business.

Required Education and Skills
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in a life science or related field of study
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Senior Consultant

- Engages directly or assists in the publication of relevant articles.

- Plays an active role with senior management to facilitate marketing efforts.
