 Dr. Wolfe joins the consulting firm Aclairo® after over 20 years experience in the scientific and managerial conduct of preclinical studies supporting drug and chemical development. Senior leadership positions held by Dr. Wolfe include Director of Toxicology at Hazleton Laboratories (now Covance), Division Director of Toxicology at R.O.W. Sciences, Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at TherImmune Research Corporation, Vice President of Toxicology Services at Gene Logic Laboratories, and Vice President Preclinical Services at Summit Drug Development Services. Dr. Wolfe has served as a GLP study director for biologics and small molecules in the conduct of acute, subchronic, chronic, carcinogenicity, pharmacokinetic, and reproductive studies. He served over 10 years as the Principal Investigator on a reproductive assessment program for chemicals, drugs, and pesticides for the National Toxicology Program. Most recently, Dr. Wolfe prepared strategic input into the design and implementation of preclinical studies supporting the development of biologics and vaccines and conventional drug therapies (small molecules). He has prepared nonclinical sections of regulatory documents such as pre-INDs and INDs for submission to the FDA. Dr. Wolfe is a board-certified toxicologist and member of the Society of Toxicology, American College of Toxicology and Teratology Society. |
